At the end of this summer we spent a few days in Bangkok. We were staying at the lebua, likely one of the best hotels I had the chance to visit so far.
What impressed us most, however, was the incredible attention to details demonstrated by the hotel staff.
I will give just one example: on the first night of our stay, once we got back home we found the following note on the bed. A note that would be welcoming us home every night.
What makes luxury hotels worth the prices they charge is not only due to the facilities they offer. They invest a lot in building a memorable experience, and I would say that the lebua definitely succeeded in that.
